Oyster & Wine Dinner At The Grove

The Grove Grill will be preparing a 5 course menu featuring fresh Louisiana oysters. Each course will include a wine pairing. This special dinner will be on May 7 at 7pm. Cost is $65.00 plus tax and gratuity. Please call for reservations, 901-818-9951.

First Course

Second Course

Fried Oyster and Roasted Mississippi Mushroom Salad with fennel remoulade

Third Course

Roast Quail, with Oyster-Andouille sausage stuffing on gumbo sauce and pickled Spring vegetables

Fourth Course

Drunken Beef Tenderloin with smoked oysters, fingerling potato hash, Allan Benton's smoked bacon and hot-sweet tomato coulis

Fifth Course

Strawberry-Pound Cake Torte with Chambord cream
