New Airline Coming To Memphis

Frontier Airlines announced this week that they would start to bring daily flights in and out of Memphis International Airport beginning in May. There will be non-stop flights to and from Denver, Las Vegas and Orlando. Denver serves as Frontier's hub, so there is a possibility a traveler can connect to other Frontier destinations in the Mile High City.

This is great news for Memphis travelers. Frontier pricing should be competitive with (if not cheaper than) Northwest Airlines and other Memphis carriers. Hopefully this will open the doors to other airlines like Southwest and JetBlue at Memphis International.
