My Ranch O, New Management At Spindini

A new Mexican restaurant will be opening soon in the space formerly occupied by Los Compadres on Poplar. My Ranch O should be open by the end of the year.

Confirming rumors that have been floating around for a while now, there is a new management group running Spindini. River City Management will take over day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Judd Grisanti will still be a part owner and will be active in the restaurant. River City also operates several other Downtown locations including the Mesquite Chop House, The Pig, Rum Boogie Cafe, the Tap Room, King’s Palace Cafe, Prime Time Sports Bar and Club Chill. Aside from Rum Boogie and the Tap Room all of the other spots are average at best with a premium price. Let's see if River City can retain Spindini's best cougar bar title.
