Redbirds Wrap Up Season, Fist Bumping

After going undefeated in post-season play, the Memphis Redbirds lost a heart breaker tonight on a wild pitch in the bottom of the 11th inning of the Triple-A Championship Game to the Durham Bulls. Tough way to end the season.

Mayor Pro Tem Myron Lowery continued to make Memphis look bad in national and international eye today when he greeted the Dalai Lama with a fist bump. Thank goodness A.C. Wharton didn't do it. If the Pope or the President comes to town what will Lowery do? A running chest bump?
