Memphis Bottom 10 Update, Early Voting, Grizzlies Win, Barbara Billingsley

After another lopsided loss this weekend, Memphis should remain in the ESPN Bottom 10 this week. It wouldn't surprise me to see the Tigers come in at number four or five.

Don't forget that early voting is going on right now in Shelby County. I went today and it was painless. I was in and out within 5 minutes. Here are the early voting locations and a sample ballot for Shelby County residents. There are some big elections on the ballot, including governor, congressional seats and the controversial Memphis/Shelby County consolidation.

The Memphis Grizzlies are now a perfect 7-0 in preseason play after tonight's victory over the New Orleans Hornets. Again, its only preseason, but the team is playing well. The Grizzlies final preseason game is Friday night at Detroit. The Grizzlies open regular season play on October 27 at home against the Atlanta Hawks.

On a sad note, Barbara Billingsley passed away over the weekend. Many will remember Billingsley from her role on Leave It To Beaver, but my favorite Billingsley role was from Airplane!
